Here I go again…trying to snap some photos and participate in a photo challenge. This is a little bit of a stretch for me. I rarely think to snap a photo until the moment is long gone. This is helping me to use my phone for something other than scrolling. One day I’ll get the big girl out and snap some shots. Baby steps. I’m thankful to Lysha at A Camera and A Cookbook for creating and hosting this weekly challenge. I’ll be linking up with her today.
~ Ordinary Day ~
Just a moment after eating dinner in the kitchen with my husband. We were actually listening to Alexa play the soundtrack for Guardians of the Galaxy and maybe doing a little bit of a jig.
~ Favorite ~
Lately, these products by Dr. Bronner have become some of my favorites. The sugar scrub is my daily wash in the shower. No turning back to find anything else…I have found what I love!
~ Candle ~
My previous boss gave me this lovely piney smelling candle at Christmas time. I’m so thankful for her kindness. She bought it for me so I could have a little smell of Christmas because we were moving over the holidays and did not have the time to get our tree up.
~ Brings Me Joy ~
We found our milk frothing machine while unpacking. Yes, we lost quite a few other things in the move {thanks movers} but this baby is bringing me joy. A little cup of decaf after dinner with some frothed cream and cinnamon. My tummy is totally satisfied and my heart is full of joy.
~ Black & White ~
I have this little black and white Scripture setting on my desk. I need this reminder each day.
Well, that is my iSpy photos for this week. I plan to be back again next week with a few more photos on my phone unless I get brave and take out the big girl. To be continued…
grace & blessings, Carrie

SO many times I’m trying to take photos but then I really lose the fun of the moment. There is a balance I think, but I haven’t found it yet, LOL
I love the shot of you two together Carrie,
XOXO

I love that you were dancing in the kitchen! And I’m glad you found your milk frother. I’m sorry so many things were lost in the move. That’s really sad 🙁

How sweet of your boss to give you a candle as a Christmas reminder. Moving is hard, I’m sure that bit of kindness was heartwarming.
The picture of you and your husband made me smile.
