Don’t’ be shocked, friends, but since August rolled on the scene I’m determined to get into blogging mode again. This is my first style post in forever…forever.
But today I’m giddy over sharing a denim skirt. I have been trying to find the perfect one for a while and I think I’ve found it. J. Crew does not disappoint. I have found my happy space with this skirt. Now, the photo shoot might just be a little disappointing but some days it just doesn’t happen as planned.
I have had a few denim skirts over the years, but for some reason, they make an exit. I’m thinking this won’t make it out the door for a loooongtime. I love it because it came in petite sizing, which is so much better for me.
So truth be told I used Wikibuy (go here) for this skirt. I recently started using Wikibuy (go here) and have found extra savings that aren’t typically advertised. This has even been the case with Amazon. If you haven’t tried it, I recommend it. You won’t be sorry but you’ll be surprised by the savings.
The Texas sun was killing my eyes during this little photo shoot. Enjoy the following pics. I promise I wasn’t grumpy!
Y’all have the best day! Check out Wikibuy, friends. Everyone needs a little good thing during these dog days of summer.
Don’t forget to add your link. It’s Freestyle with The Blended Blog today.

I love Wikibuy, so easy to use and who doesn’t love to save a little money?! Your skirt looks great on you. I have a hard time with denim skirts. I think it’s because my tummy is poochy, they just never lay right so I have given up on them. So sad, right, lol. Is that your new front door? It’s massive! So glad you’re back Carrie!!

I do think that denim skirts are perfect…and really can be worn in the winter with tights too. The best thing about wearing them with tights is they don’t stick together like some of my other skirts!!

I confess to being a bit traumatized by memories of denim jumpers at homeschoolers’ meetings, but this skirt could change my mind.

Well this outfit was worth the wait and so was the skirt. I finally found one, well inherited it from my sister’s closet actually, this summer too and love the denim/white combo.

Carrie, I love this classic styling of a denim skirt and white top with black sandals. It’s all in the details with the cute off the shoulder style top, strappy sandals, and deconstructed denim. Perfect for the end of summer. Thanks for linking up with me. This post will be featured on tomorrow’s Link Up On the Edge!
